UpLock is a digital wellbeing app that helps you use your phone more consciously. It blocks the apps that distract you the most and gives you back screen time when you exercise: push-ups, steps, or squats.

You choose which apps you want to limit, how many minutes per day you want, and which type of exercise you want to use to unlock more time.
Each repetition or step adds screen minutes that are automatically unlocked.
