Imagine you take a 60-day loan of UGX 500,000 with us at a 15% interest rate, you will pay back a total of UGX 575,000 at the end of your loan period.

They claim to process a loan within 48 hours but in reality 1 month later still nothing. There's also no option to remove my profile.

I have been really patient, I have written messages to the help center but nothing is coming out, the process got stack on auditing the loan quote but seriously it has been a week now yet I provided all the information needed so please at least you let someone know whether the loan is considered or rejected
