Then I get the third degree from the bus that they can't accept a blank picture even though my ticket is clearly showing and I'll even step through opening the app from scratch with them.

I had to jump through hoops to set an account up and get this app to take $265. all for it not to recognize my credentials in the end and for the customer service number to be for a public transportation company in Memphis. I need my money back, please reach out.
