Recent reviews

the app steals $2 for every $5 you load. you can't record or screenshot to prove it. you can't access customer service. None of the support pages work; all support links go to the 404 error site. if you don't allow every single permission (location, notifications, and clock??? however that works), the "Use" screen doesn't show a barcode. you can't fix it without redownloading. Passes are hidden and lack options. no transparency as to how to qualify for different passes. app crashes a ton.

I was unable to pay my fare with this app because it controls the brightness and would not let me increase the brightness over 50%. The app also does not let you pay for more than one person.
