Issue with the app loading quickly (while wifi is working perfectly)or being able to locate a washer (I have had to delete app and reinstall) Most of my issues come from washers and dryers and when using the app to report an issue they will respond via email the next day asking for the information you have already given through the app.They never respond to the email or give you updates so good luck getting issue addressed before the next time you need to do your laundry.

Pricey for a dryer that isn't gaurenteed to dry the size of load the washers fit.. laundry card costs $5, you think they'd credit that onto the card so you can just give it right back to them for laundry? NOPE.
