Although it's very convenient to have the washroom down the hall, these are not serviced very often and when you lose money because their machines fail a lot mostly because the app isn't working right. When you put in a request to repair a broken machine it's a wish and a prayer kind of thing?! Even if you spend tons of money on their machines they limit and cap how much you can ask for a refund due to their faulty machines so use at your own risk?! Cust service is not kind or understanding.

Requires either using their app or buying a card instead of simply using cash or a credit card. Also requires being physically in the room to use, so I'm not sure what the perks of the app are. it has a timer but so does my phone, it's famously one of the most basic features available. their timer isn't even accurate half the time anyway. Enshittification at its finest.
