• Use separate sides for supported timed exercises and illustrated exercise guides.
• Check in before training and preview temporary adjustments for today's workout. Pain or uncertainty can hold progression for affected exercises; stop or skip painful movements.

SEE AND SHARE YOUR PROGRESS
• Follow recorded reps and loads, exercise trends, muscle-group activity and your training calendar.
• Track body weight and measurements. Keep progress photos on your device by default.
• Create a share card and choose what to include.

Ask about your training, review recent weeks or request a read-only debrief of a completed workout. Review proposed program changes before deciding what to apply. Plus has usage limits and offers optional cloud services. Your program changes only with your acceptance.

YOUR DATA, YOUR CHOICE
• Core programs, workout logging, deterministic targets, manual swaps, guides and basic progress work offline without an account.
• Export training data as JSON or CSV; import supported Strong CSV workouts.
• Optional account and cloud features remain separate from free core training. Photos and AI use have separate consent controls.
• Choose kilograms or pounds.

ANDROID AND WEAR OS
Use a Wear OS companion with your Android phone to adjust and log sets, track rest and choose exercises. Health Connect is optional; imported health readings stay on your device.
