Trying to figure out why you keep getting headaches. With this app you can track daily activities and consumptions along with your headaches to see if there is a commonality between any of those and your headaches.

Trying to figure out what is causing allergic reactions. Start tracking everything you eat and drink along with any allergy symptom occurrences to see what the common source is.

There are two ways to track activities and food and liquid intake with your symptoms.
1. Track everything daily.
2. When a symptom occurs, track everything you did, ate and drank for that day.

Data - All data is stored locally on your phone. You can also export to a spreadsheet.
