Granular Intensity & Custom Logs: Fine-tune your wellness reports. Assign a precise 1-5 intensity scale to each selected symptom, and use the flexible text box to manually add custom symptoms specific to your situation.

Mood & Energy Profiling: Capture the complete picture of your daily wellness. Rate your overarching Mood using visual indicators and gauge your physical Energy levels using distinct icon buttons to build accurate daily snapshots.

Trigger & Mitigation Logging: Track external factors that might influence your state. Select possible situational triggers such as Stress, Poor Sleep, Food, Exercise, Weather, or Alcohol. Additionally, use the custom text field to note any specific Medications / Actions taken to alleviate discomfort.

Comprehensive Historical Analytics: Review your personal history inside the analytical dashboard. Check your current consecutive logging Streak, review a This Week summary detailing symptom frequencies (e.g., Headache 1x), and expand charts across 7d, 30d, 90d horizons to view total entries, average mood, and your most frequent symptoms.

App Customization & Privacy: Manage your routine via the settings deck. Enable a custom Daily Reminder with a specific time prompt, review embedded privacy protocols, and use the Clear Local Data tool to securely erase all logged information from your device.
