Todoosy: Calm To-Do & Focus

Write it like a note. Run it like a task manager. Nothing turns red, nothing counts against you, and when the list gets loud, Focus shows you where to start.

Todoosy™ is a to-do list you write like a note. Type your day in plain words; the structure is there when you want it (sections, dates, tags, priorities, repeats) and out of the way when you don't. It stays calm on hard days and light on good ones.

WRITE IT DOWN FIRST
Type freely. Write a date the way you say it, "next Tuesday 2pm", and Todoosy offers to set it. Nothing changes until you accept. When a line wants to be its own task, split it off right where you're writing, and your place is kept. Paste a list in from anywhere, or bring your lists over from Todoist or Apple Reminders, or from a CSV or JSON file.

SORT IT OUT LATER
Promote a line to a section. Nest what belongs together. Repeat what repeats. Zoom into one branch when the rest is noise. Tags, colors, filters and search are there when you want them. Start from a template when it helps: Eisenhower, Days of the week, Priority.

FOCUS ON WHAT'S NEXT
Turn on Focus and the rest blurs back: Spotlight brings your top three forward, and "Start here" marks where to begin. Made for days when attention is scarce; a calmer way to work for anyone. Focus stays free.

NOTHING COUNTS AGAINST YOU
A slipped date dims and carries forward, never red. A day you plan to do it and a day it's due, kept apart, so missing one never shames the other. A quiet day pauses your rhythm, the count of days you showed up; it never resets. Your progress shows what you finished, never a tally of what you didn't.

WORK ALONGSIDE SOMEONE
Start a Crew session and invite a friend: you each work on your own list with the other's presence on screen. No call, no video. Anyone you invite can join without an upgrade. Buddy, an optional companion, keeps you quiet company while you work.

A REAL ACCOUNT, NOT A LOCKED ONE
Try everything free for 14 days, no card. After the trial you keep a real free account: writing, structure, search, Focus and Buddy stay with you. Your lists export any time as CSV, JSON or Markdown from the web app. Pro adds more lists, sharing, Crew hosting, text reminders (US and Canada), and more.

EVERYWHERE YOU ARE
Android, iPhone, iPad, Mac, Windows and the web, in sync. Home-screen widgets on Android.
