Total Waste of Time and Money – Highly Glitchy Avoid this software; it is poorly designed and highly glitchy. It consistently loses critical technician data, forcing our team to waste hours re-entering information. The calendar functionality is fundamentally broken. You cannot schedule a service call or preventative maintenance for more than one day at a time, meaning coordinators must manually move appointments on the calendar daily. Instead of the software working for us, we work for it!

worst service app I have ever used. so many bugs in the program it freezes up and crashes and has to be closed. also not able to use if you don't have any network service. need to do better guys

I wish I could give this app zero stars. I have to delete and reinstall the app multiple times per year otherwise it just doesn't work. And when they do "updates" I usually have to delete and reinstall multiple times per qwek. It's really annoying when I'm trying to clock in for the day and have to spend time and data messing around with this app.

Service Titan is so far ahead of SF it's not even close. Biggest reason to use it, it's one of the cheapest on the market and when start using it, you see why.. and if you're using an iPad, all I can say is good luck and I guarantee you'll add about an hour to every job. I don't know what to suggest other than cleanse it with fire and hope a Phoenix rises from the ashes.. one minor upgrade that would make a major improvement... just being able to add video. it wouldn't be nearly as useless..

After using this for over a year I've discovered that it is a very limited buggy and unreliable app. Recently updated and lost the ability to see the Invoice after the call is completed. Can't add more than one email drop down lists for equipment brands without the option to add new ones in the field. Techs also can't update or add new customer information in the field. And it incessantly asks if I want to enable biometrics. If I've said no don't keep asking!!!

always crashes and locks up screen to where you can't log in or out. crashes while syncing data all the time. I would give it a no star's if I could. waste of money don't recommend
