Theravus Paciente

Theravus Patient is the app for those undergoing psychological or psychiatric treatment at a clinic that uses Theravus. It brings together, in one place, everything that happens between sessions.

Access is by invitation: your account is created by the professional who treats you. There is no open registration.

WHAT YOU CAN DO

Sessions: view your scheduled times, confirm attendance, and receive reminders so you don't miss your appointment.

Mood log: note how you are feeling throughout the days. Over time, the graph itself shows patterns that are difficult to perceive in everyday life and that greatly help in the conversation during sessions.

Exercises and tasks: access what your psychologist has indicated between sessions and mark what you have already done.

Mindfulness: guided breathing and relaxation audios to use when needed.

Messages: Speak directly with the professional who is assisting you, through the clinic's channel.

Wearables (optional): If you wish, connect your watch or bracelet to track sleep, physical activity, and vital signs along with your mood. Irregular sleep and decreased activity often occur alongside more difficult periods, and seeing this in a graph helps you and your therapist understand what is happening. You choose whether to connect, and you can disconnect whenever you want.

Your data is clinical and is treated as such. We do not sell your information, we do not use it for advertising, and we do not share it with third parties. Only the professional who assists you, within the clinic where you are a patient, has access to your monitoring.
