Mirvach for Therapists is a professional companion app for therapists supporting adults who are receiving treatment for depression.

The app helps therapists follow between-session therapeutic work and support behavioral activation in a structured, consent-based environment.

With Mirvach for Therapists, users can:

• Invite patients to connect using a private code
• View information that connected patients have chosen to share
• Review activity plans, logs, exercises, and qualitative reflections
• Send feedback and suggest between-session exercises
• Request periodic PHQ-9 questionnaires
• Review submitted questionnaire results and dates
• Complete and document a guided suicide risk screening during a direct clinical conversation
• Manage patient connections and discontinue access when needed

Patient information is available only after the patient enters an invitation code and approves the connection. Patients control which eligible therapeutic content they choose to share.

Mirvach for Therapists is a supplementary professional tool. It does not provide a diagnosis, replace clinical judgment, determine treatment, or function as an emergency service. Suicide risk screening results must be interpreted by a qualified professional together with a full clinical assessment and the applicable local procedures.

The app is intended for professional use alongside ongoing therapy.
