Theravus is a management system for psychologists, psychiatrists, and mental health clinics. It brings together patient records, scheduling, finances, and patient communication in one place, with an AI assistant that saves time currently wasted on administrative tasks.

PATIENT RECORDS

Progress notes, anamnesis, and attachments, organized by patient and session. Digital signature on documents and certificates. Retention aligned with CFP (Brazilian Federal Council of Psychology) deadlines.

SCHEDULING

Recurring sessions, blocking, patient confirmation, and automatic WhatsApp reminders. Fewer no-shows, less last-minute rescheduling.

FINANCIALS

Control of payments per patient, session plans, billing links, and reconciliation. You can see who is up-to-date and who is not without needing a spreadsheet.

AI ASSISTANT

Ask in natural language: consult the schedule, check a patient's financial situation, review what was recorded in the medical record, schedule appointments, update registration information, generate invoices, or prepare a message for the patient. Every action that alters data goes through a confirmation card: the AI ​​proposes, you approve. Nothing is executed automatically.

Clinical data is anonymized before any AI processing.

COMMUNICATION

Messaging with the patient through the clinic's channel and integration with WhatsApp for reminders and notifications.

PATIENT APP

Your patient has Theravus Patient, a dedicated app where they can track sessions, record mood, do the indicated exercises, and, if desired, connect to a wearable device. What they record arrives in their medical record, right next to you.

PRIVACY AND COMPLIANCE

Multi-tenant with isolation per clinic, paper-based access control, and audit log. In compliance with the LGPD (Brazilian General Data Protection Law), CFP (Federal Council of Psychology) and CFM (Federal Council of Medicine) resolutions. We do not sell data and we do not use clinical content for advertising.

Access requires a professional account. Subscription managed by the clinic.
