Таймер тренировок: Табата HIIT

Train at your own pace. The "Tabata & HIIT Workout Timer" helps you alternate between work and rest, count your sets, and complete your workout without checking the stopwatch. Set your intervals, tap "Start," and follow the large numbers, stage colors, and audio cues.

Quick Start
The built-in app tutorial explains interval settings, plans, alerts, and controls.
Select the number of sets, work, and rest times directly from the main screen. Use the buttons to change values or enter exact numbers. Customize your warm-up and cool-down. You can skip the final rest: the total duration is recalculated based on your selected parameters.

In the detailed settings, you can choose from 1 to 99 rounds, a work interval from 1 to 3600 seconds, and a rest from 0 to 1800 seconds. Warm-up and cool-down are set separately, from 0 to 600 seconds. A zero value allows you to skip an unnecessary section. These parameters are saved for the next run.

Custom Programs
Create sequences for interval running, circuit training, Tabata, boxing, or stretching. Add exercises with multiple sets and rests, or assign each interval its own name and duration. Save programs to return to your usual exercise routine. Pre-made options in the plans section help you get started without creating a sequence from scratch.

For alternating running and walking, set two periods; for circuit training, set a sequence of different exercises; for stretching, set the desired duration of each stage. The timer counts down your progress; you choose the intensity and exercises yourself. The app does not measure heart rate, calculate calories, or provide medical advice.

Controls During a Workout
Large numbers, the name of the current stage, and the set number appear on the screen. Color helps distinguish between work and rest. Pause the workout, resume it, or go to the previous or next stage. Touch protection prevents accidental touches from touching the controls while moving. An unfinished workout is not counted as completed.

The countdown continues in the background even when the screen is off, via an active system notification. Notification permission is requested before starting a workout for the first time. Return to the app to see the current stage and the remaining time. Background operation is also subject to device system limitations.

Sound and two voices
Evgeny and Sofia announce the main stages, the countdown, and the set numbers. The prompts are pre-recorded using Yandex SpeechKit and are played on the device: the voiceover itself does not require an internet connection. Random exercise names are replaced with a general prompt for the next interval.

Separately configure the stage change sound, the "3 2 1" countdown, vibration, the set number announcement, and the mid-interval signal for stages of 10 seconds or longer. You can enable alarm-like alerts. For a quieter workout, turn off the voice and sound, leaving the visual cues.

Workout history
Completed workouts are saved to your activity history and calendar. View your total number of workouts, your current and best daily streak. If you worked out without a timer, add a past workout manually: the selected date will appear in the calendar and statistics.

Design and Save
Choose light, dark, or automatic mode and color pairing for work and rest. Three palettes are available immediately, and additional palettes are unlocked by voluntarily viewing an ad for seven days. Export saved programs to JSON and import them on another device. This is a file of workout sequences, not a history report. Registration is not required to create and run programs.

Clear Advertising Terms
Basic features are free. Auxiliary screens may contain a footer banner. Ads are limited in frequency at launch and do not interrupt your workout. Voices and additional palettes are unlocked for seven days by watching an ad; a separate voluntary viewing disables ads for 24 hours. Internet access is required to load ads, but the basic timer functions work without them.
