Swell: Quit Smoking & Vaping

A craving doesn't last forever. You just need to get through the next few minutes.

Swell helps you quit smoking or vaping with short, calm games—not lectures, not guilt. When an urge hits, open Swell, play for three minutes, and let the wave pass. We keep score of every craving you beat.

HOW IT WORKS
• Every craving is a wave—it peaks in about three minutes, then fades.
• Tap Ride it out and play a calm 3-minute game for your hands and your head.
• When the timer ends, log the win. Days clear and money saved update quietly.

GAMES
• Block Stack — a gentle puzzle to stay focused
• Scribble — draw with simple prompts
• Float — a soft, forgiving flight game

YOUR PROGRESS
• Days clear and cravings beaten
• Money reclaimed (based on what you tell us you used to spend)
• A simple health timeline—motivation, not medical advice

PERSONAL & PRIVATE
• Optional push reminders (one or two a day), personalized with your name and journey
• No ads. No selling your data.
• Delete your account anytime in Settings

WHO IT'S FOR
Adults putting down cigarettes, vape, or both. Swell is a wellness tool, not a doctor or medical device. If you need medical help, talk to a qualified professional.
