Clarvalo: Quit Smoking, Vaping

Clarvalo helps you quit smoking, quit vaping or both. It counts your smoke-free time and money saved, walks you through cravings and shows your health timeline, with a source for every step.

Getting started
• Pick cigarettes, vapes or both, then add how much you use and spend.
• Start the counter right now, or set the day and time of your last one.
• Choose your reasons to quit, add your own, and mark your triggers.
• See what you'd save in your first month and year.

Home
• A live counter of your smoke-free or vape-free time.
• Money saved, cigarettes not smoked and pods not used.
• An estimate of life regained, from a 2024 UCL study.
• Your best streak and your next health milestone.
• A morning pledge and an evening check-in on your mood and cravings.

• Quick things to try, like cold water, a walk or a text to a friend.
• Log each craving with how strong it was, what set it off and what helped.

Slips
• Smoked or vaped? Log it without judgment.
• Your counter restarts, and your history, best streak, badges and savings stay.

Health
• A health timeline from 20 minutes to 15 years, each step with its source (WHO, CDC, NHS or Smokefree.gov).

Privacy
No account, no ads and no analytics. Your logs and settings can return after reinstalling or moving to a new phone through Android backup in your own Google account. Backup must be on and your phone must have a screen lock. The cloud backup is end-to-end encrypted with your screen lock, so neither Google nor we can read it. No screen lock means no cloud backup. You can turn backup off in Android settings.
