EventFirst is the on-site check-in companion for the EventFirst event management platform. Turn any Android tablet into a fast, reliable registration desk or self check-in kiosk — scan a guest's QR badge, check them in, and print their badge in seconds. It even keeps working when the venue Wi-Fi doesn't.

HOW IT WORKS

1. Sign in with your EventFirst staff account.
2. Select your event and sync the guest list and badge design.
3. Connect your network badge printer.
4. Choose self check-in (kiosk) or staff-assisted mode and start checking guests in.

Badges are designed on the EventFirst web platform and printed exactly as configured — including pre-printed badge stock for events that need it.
