Programmes, 3D exercise demos, a food log and SP gear, for the reps nobody sees.
Follow a programme, see how an exercise is done, and log what you lifted and what you ate, with no account, no ads, no analytics, no subscription, and no score or streak on your training.
TRAIN
• Six programmes, from your first weeks with machines to autoregulated strength work, with a two-day plan for busy weeks. "Start this programme" opens its first training day in the log.
• Not sure where to start? Answer two questions and get one programme with a reason.
• Or build your own from 43 exercises, with rep ranges, supersets and, if you want it, RPE.
• 43 exercises, each with a sculpted 3D demo that shows the working muscles, plus setup, cues and common mistakes. Drag the figure to turn it.
• Tap "What does this mean?" for plain-English meanings of 3 × 10, AMRAP, RPE, 1RM, per leg and timed holds.
LOG
• Last time is shown as you log, with your best set one tap away under History.
• − and + buttons for kg (2.5 kg a tap) and reps, or type the number. Decimal weights, timed holds and bodyweight sets.
• One tap to repeat a set the same as last time.
• A rest timer that counts up from each set you log. It can also buzz once, at 1:00, 1:30, 2:00 or 3:00 after a set, chosen per exercise, while the app is open and the screen is on.
• No programme today? Log a session anyway and add exercises from the library as you go.
• Tag warm-up sets so they don't count, and record RPE on the lines that use it.
• When you mark a session done, a one-line summary: the time it took, your working sets and the kg moved.
• Each exercise keeps its history: the heaviest weight for each rep count, a progress line after four sessions, and every session.
TOOLS
• One-rep max estimate, percentage table, plate loader and warm-up sets, using the plates your gym actually has.
FOOD AND WATER
• A reference of 28 common foods from the UK government's food composition data, with protein up front.
• A day log that adds up what you ate, protein first, with no calorie target and no "remaining". No number is set for you.
• Add several foods at once, change a portion by tapping it, or copy an earlier day's portions.
• Add a photo of a meal from your camera or photo library. It stays on your phone, without location data, and goes with its day after 14 days.
• A simple water log.
LEARN
• 26 articles on training, recovery and food, written in plain English.
YOUR DATA
• Your logs and meal photos are kept on your phone. Nothing you log is sent to us.
• Back up your workout log as a message you keep yourself, and restore it on a new phone. Restore only adds; it never overwrites.
• Share your log as spreadsheet text, or bring in your history from a Hevy CSV export.
• "What this app keeps" lists what is stored and what, if anything, leaves the phone.
• Health Connect is optional and off unless you turn it on. It can save each finished workout to Health Connect on your phone (its time, programme and day, never sets, weights or reps) and, if you choose, the drinks from your water log. If you connect Steps, the app reads your daily step totals and nothing else; they stay on your phone.
Everything in this app is free, and nothing you use now will ever be moved behind a payment.
THE KIT
The app also carries our own training essentials: an insulated bottle, a cap, a long sleeve, a tee and trousers. Your bag is kept after the app closes. Checkout is through Stripe, delivery is to Great Britain, and other destinations are on request by email. You never have to buy anything to use the app.
Size guide, shipping and returns, FAQs, and a contact email that a person answers.
NOT MEDICAL ADVICE
