Steady Signals for Dizziness Android

Steady Signals for Dizziness

Gentle breathwork, grounding, check-ins, and recovery support for dizziness.

Overview

Features & Capabilities

Steady Signals helps you spend less time monitoring symptoms and more time rebuilding the parts of life dizziness has crowded out. Check in lightly, choose one gentle action, reflect weekly, and return to your day.

I built Steady Signals after living with chronic dizziness for nearly four years. It brings together some of the support I wish I had between medical appointments, therapy, and vestibular rehabilitation.

Unlike an episode-by-episode symptom diary, Steady Signals is built around a simple recovery support loop:

NOTICE BRIEFLY
Take 30 seconds or less to check in on a few broad signals. Record a small win, such as completing an errand or doing something that previously felt difficult.

REGULATE
Use custom or guided breathing practices designed with dizziness in mind.

RE-ENGAGE
Choose what would help right now: take five slow breaths, ground through the room, use an exercise recommended by your vestibular clinician, or simply continue your day. The goal is to support you without keeping your attention in the app.

REFLECT LATER
Receive a weekly AI-generated reflection that summarizes broad patterns, progress, and wins and suggests one gentle experiment for the week ahead.

ALSO INCLUDED
• Chronic dizziness education
• Short founder videos and recovery notes
• Vestibular rehabilitation resources
• Gentle stretching resources

Steady Signals is designed for people living with persistent or recurring dizziness, whether or not they have a clear diagnosis. This may include people diagnosed with Persistent Postural-Perceptual Dizziness (PPPD), vestibular migraine, or Mal de Débarquement Syndrome (MdDS).

Chronic dizziness can be difficult to describe. It may feel like rocking on a boat, swaying, bobbing, floating, or walking on uneven ground. Patterns vary: movement or busy visual environments may make symptoms worse for some people, while others notice symptoms temporarily ease during passive motion, such as riding in a car.

You may also have encountered the informal community term “neural circuit dizziness.” It is not a medical diagnosis. Some people use it when discussing persistent dizziness and recovery approaches that include nervous system regulation, neuroplasticity, and a gradual return to activity alongside appropriate clinical care.

Your symptoms are real, even when testing does not provide a simple explanation. Steady Signals will not tell you why you are dizzy or determine whether a particular diagnosis or framework applies to you. It is designed to help you notice broader patterns, practice supportive skills, and keep returning attention to the life in front of you while working with qualified clinicians.

Your recovery data is personal. Steady Signals was built with privacy and security in mind.

IMPORTANT
Steady Signals provides educational and personal recovery support only. Steady Signals is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition. It is not a substitute for professional medical care. AI-generated reflections are not medical advice. Consult a qualified healthcare professional before making medical decisions or beginning or changing vestibular exercises.
