2026-07-10	Gr*****	Can't even download this. Useless! It was already a horrible app and now I can't even use it if I wanted to. This is why Starkey as a company sucks. I'm so glad I'm getting new hearing aids from another company!

2026-07-08	ba*****	the app used to be good like 5 years ago but now it's constant switching to sides different. even in my custom settings ive even tryed including re installing a few times and same as reinstallthe appy noting works. now it just does noting but annoy me. the cutting out drives mr nuts .

2026-06-20	K *****	Doesn't provide much functionality for me. The one feature I'd use is Car Mode, but it doesn't work. I have Evolve AI 2400s. Update June 2026: tried the app again but it sucks so much battery from my phone that there's no practical way to use it in the background
