I've had for 3 years.They've given me nothing but trouble ever.Six months have to have one work done or part replaced nickel and dimension to death and now I can't connect to the app, to adjust my volume.

if it was possible to leave neg stars i would. This app is the opp of useless its makes my hearing aides have more problems than if there was no app. it takes forever to connect. it constantly changes the volume on my hearing aides. sometimes it changes it and changes it back. sometimes it has days where it just turns the volume way down. always to the same spot. i go turn then up, in 30-60 seconds it turns them back down. and no. its not just during notifications. lots of other issues too. lots
