2022-04-18	Au*****	No chat notifications on androids. I have missed so many chat requests bc non show up. Does this need to be open 24/7? Bc that makes no sense. I have permission notification allowed, etc. How can this be fixed??

2020-11-11	De*****	On Android 7+. No chat notification. You have to keep this app open else it will not notify you for new chat request and you will missed chat request. Hence, This APP is OUTDATED and they are not updating it for Android 7+

2016-01-18	A *****	Excellent application. One thing I noticed is that when in a chat the User avatar shows the same for the chatter & the support staff. Also, it would be nice to be able to change the notification sounds for the app specifically. It would be nice to know that a chat has come in and not a generic phone notice (sms message, etc). If it wasn't for these I would have given it a 5 rating!
