We just paid for this app, got it installed, but... the rate at which the app is crashing on both mobile phones is alarming. It can barely stay up for 30sec. This is like a nightmare, no signs of chat notification, etc. Phone models Honor X8 Alcatel S1 Please fix.

No chat notifications on androids. I have missed so many chat requests bc non show up. Does this need to be open 24/7? Bc that makes no sense. I have permission notification allowed, etc. How can this be fixed??
