Mental Training

Fil.Dr Lars-Eric Uneståhl started the mental training in 1969 and has since then written over 20 books and recorded over one hundred different training programs for both personal development and problem solving. A number of the latter are featured on this app (Ideal Weight Training, Smoke, Pain, Anxiety, Anxiety and Mighty.
In addition, there are a couple of programs made by Elene Uneståhl (unconscious presence, NLP & Mental Training)
On the app, which you can download for free, there are also three free programs that apply to the Sleep area. (Sleep training, Sleeping siesta and Sleeping help). Given that more and more Swedes have problems with both sleep and sleep quality, Uneståhl has decided to donate these programs as a gift to the Swedish people.

Mental Training is a systematic, long-term and scientifically proven method of mental processes developed by Lars-Eric Uneståhl since the 1960s. The goal is to be able to work and work better in your daily life and at work.

When you visualize, that is, when you see yourself in different situations, body and mind sets in to fulfill what you imagine.
