I use the app occasionally and now while using it, I felt it complicated with many clicks and worsen experiencw. the purchase of the app is much more complicated and take much more time and feels inconvenient. I did not calculate number of clicks but it is not good at all compared to before.

2026-07-02	Do*****	Useless update, probably vibe coded without human review, that made the UX much worse than it was already. The payment tab gives no good indication when a purchase succeeds. I ended up buying two monthly tickets unnecessarily and then the following week they announced reducing prices.

2026-06-29	Ta*****	One of the best travel apps I ever had a pleasure of using, as a tourist I was able to plan my travels and pivot if needed. Everywhere it is written which vehicle do I need and in which direction rendering Google Maps absolutely needless. Would love the addition of the possibility to check timetables of vehicles without navigating to stops first though.

2026-06-23	Sh*****	Bravo! Ni har lyckats fördubbla antalet klick som krävs för att ladda kortet, och dessutom gömt favoriterna djupt inne på kartsidan i stället för att ha dem överst på startsidan. Det krävs verkligen talang för att göra en app så här krånglig.

2026-06-22	Ma*****	Super bad UX. If you have several "tickets" and activate one it ends up at the bottom and you end up activating another ticket cause you didn't think it worked the first time.
