The app is praised for its clean design and decent trip planning, but it suffers from serious reliability and data problems. Recurrent issues include NFC interfering with ticket display, frequent timeouts and crashes, delays not updating or surfacing disruptions, and ticket/pass loading and balance problems. QR code loading is slow and scanning unreliable, and several requested features are missing. Overall, planning is functional, but ticket handling and live updates are consistently frustrating for many users.

Recent reviews

The updates with the realtime map with several lines now at the same time is promising but all of the stops have been removed and showing only the active selected one which makes it a lot more harder to plan or check where the bus is (it still shows in the linear flow below but not on the map itself)
