Overall, planning is functional, but ticket handling and live updates are consistently frustrating for many users.

The update of the app has made the app worse. I use the app occasionally and now while using it, I felt it complicated with many clicks and worsen experiencw. the purchase of the app is much more complicated and take much more time and feels inconvenient. I did not calculate number of clicks but it is not good at all compared to before.
