This program has been absolutely game changing for me after many years of trying to overcome skin picking. The reason for the one star off though is that the app glitches out in me constantly, crashing or freezing during the meditation sessions. Recently a new problem has developed where the Cognitive Defusion sessions just freeze. As much as I LOVE this program I may have to discontinue it because I'm paying a lot of money to not be able to take advantage of core features.

I wanted to try this app despite the mixed reviews but unfortunately I could not proceed any further than inputting the code to confirm my account, I just got a blank screen or it asked me to input the code again. Great idea but need to work on the app functionality.
