Four phases: Steady (survival basics), The Wave (the feelings crest and pass), Rebuild (the space they left fills with you), Rebloom (the part people notice). Every day has one concrete 10-minute action and one honest reframe. No lectures, no worksheets that feel like homework.

THE PANIC BUTTON

The moment your thumb hovers over their name, tap it instead. A guided breath, your own reason handed back to you in your own words, a 90-second urge timer, and a vault where you write the text they never see. The urge peaks and falls. The panic button makes sure you are still holding the line when it does.

A STREAK THAT MEANS SOMETHING

Check in every day: did you stay no contact? Watch the number grow, share your day card when you are proud of it, and if you slip, no shame. A slip is data, not doom. The streak resets, your progress does not.
