2024-12-25	La*****	Have a gen 3 for 3 years and hunt at least 100 days per season. Had a problem second season that required sending the unit back, they fixed the problem, put a new battery and gave me an as new 2 year warranty with a 10 day shipping turn around i have nothing but great things to say about this company. 2024-11-08	Au*****	Update* I have updated to the latest version and I did email your support team you guys just blamed my phone Bought it and worked fine about 3 months after owning it I decided to hook it up to the pc and check out the videos I've took during that 3 months it always connected just fine to my phone no issues until I disconnected it from the pc and now my phone won't connect to customer service just blames my phone and didn't even try to solve the problem I definitely won't buy a shotkam again

2024-03-15	Br*****	The app on initial use is adequate. I would like to see more functionality within the app such as when watching video playback it would be nice to have a zoom in and out function. The calibration screen is very slow and last but not least the app allows you to select all videos and then delete but will not allow you to select all videos and download. Please add or sort these issues.

2023-10-06	Da*****	Updating my review after reading the specific options for troubleshooting pixel 6 phones. Make sure you have everything updated, I had to turn off Cellular service in order to get my phone to connect to the camera. The recordings from my first shoot were great and very helpful, I dont even bother viewing it on my phone since the screen is too small, I just download them to a PC for viewing, works great, thank you.
