Have a gen 3 for 3 years and hunt at least 100 days per season. Had a problem second season that required sending the unit back, they fixed the problem, put a new battery and gave me an as new 2 year warranty with a 10 day shipping turn around i have nothing but great things to say about this company. Hello, I bought a new gen4 shotkam and every time I record a video with it doesn't download on the app while it's connected. The device is good but app is not much help
