I bought the tactacam solo YEARS ago, easily 6years. Just started having problems with it & wasn't having luck w/chat support. Had kinda given up thinking it was old & broke. Then Ryan (tactacam employee) actually CALLED me (twice since 1st call was bad timing) & talked w/me till we figured it out & stayed with me till it was connected & the camera was working. Let me say I love this camera to start, but to have Ryan actually call me, not email, to help blew me away. 15/10 BUT FROM THESE PEOPLE!

I have encountered no problems with this app. I like it. I would like to know how to delete say last year's captured pix. I have thousands of pix that I really need to purge.. much thanks.
