Customers can easily access detailed billing data which includes current billing information as well as an archive of past bills for electricity and water usage. Consumption information is displayed graphically to easily compare past energy usage.

The Lakefront app displays planned and unplanned outage details, including a map of the affected area and notifies customers of current power outages within the service territory. Lakefront customers can also report a currently active outage. The Lakefront App focuses on energy education, with incentivized conservation programs to help manage energy usage and costs.

Useless for reporting or viewing outages. The form rejected both my email address and my physical address despite finding it in its popup list. And there's still no mention of a power outage two hours after it began while there have been updates on the fb page.
