Same experience as everyone else. Click on My Account on the main page and it just takes you to a blank screen. It is actually astounding to me that such a large corporation has received an insane amount of negative feedback, for YEARS, and yet has done nothing to fix the issue. Thanks for showing everyone you don't care, Hydro One!

absolutely atrocious. doesn't work 99% of the time. doesn't load anything, you can't login. it's brutal. it's an app that just takes up space and isn't usable. 🫠
