It is actually astounding to me that such a large corporation has received an insane amount of negative feedback, for YEARS, and yet has done nothing to fix the issue. Thanks for showing everyone you don't care, Hydro One!

2026-03-09	mo*****	This app is garbage,don't download it. I have been trying to log in for months and haven't been able to access my account. It says it's signing in, but I never get signed in. If there were negative stars, it would put 10 negative stars,but it doesn't. I have to use the web page. At least it works.
