HOW IT WORKS

Open ScreenCap and tap the "+" button to add your first app budget. Choose from popular app templates or enter any app name and package ID manually. Set a daily time allowance using the slider or quick-pick buttons, assign a category, and confirm. Your budget is now live.

The main dashboard shows your aggregate screen time and all active budgets in one view. Each card displays real-time usage against your set limit. When an app hits its budget, the lockout overlay activates. Enter your PIN to get 15 more minutes — or close the mock application and do something else.

Use Sandbox Simulation Mode to test the lockout experience for any app before you commit. It runs a realistic countdown against a mock feed so you know exactly what enforcement feels like.
