2024-10-12	Gu*****	Negative stars- Showed me scooter had 90% battery so I walk to it sign-up and it goes a few meters and stops...thier "help" chat only no phone at 3a.m told me it's low battery voltage, the scooter being overloaded, or some error in the scooter's system....Of course these are being driven by ppl who dont care just ditch it on the side of the road, who's doing maintenence on it? It's literally getting weathered down also especially in Canada with winter approaching...g

2024-09-24	Ro*****	I was unable to start the scooter but they still charged me 4 dollars for it. Chatbot was unable to help and sending an email to customer service also did not help. You will definitely lose money. Dont even try it.

2024-08-27	Pr*****	When I try to scan the code , it directs me to the playstore. Here is nothing I can do with the scannned code! I get an option to open the app!🤦‍♂️ In the app I have to scan the code, which brings me here!🤦‍♂️ Absolutely lousy and un useful app!🤦‍♂️🤨😕

2024-08-14	Wi*****	The pricing is not to clear when you're booking. It should be made more evident, but i would just be nitpicking now. The app is very veey buggy. I managed to unlock the scooter after trying for 3 days. The app needs a TON lot of work. The map on it is very laggy. Not an easy user experience. I thought it would be cheaper than a bus but its 1.5 times more expensive! I will not use this scooter rental, but since I've loaded some money, i need to utilize it off. My device is a Google Pixel 7.

2024-08-04	Da*****	I installed the app, rode the scooter for 1/2 a block to try it out and they charged me like 6 dollars. Then I returned it 2 minutes later. they said first ride is free but the link is broken so I can't redeem it. Waste of my time and money.

2024-05-20	Sa*****	Clunky and laggy. Battery optimizations make it hard to even use the app. The lower panel doenst lower when I try to recenter to my location. It still works to pay but not great to use

2023-09-01	Ut*****	I purchased for a day pass which I couldn't use. After paying day pass, I have to pay seperately to use scooters. They didn't extend my day pass or return my money. I definitely not recommend this app
