1. Doesn't show ride price (not even an est.). 2. Doesn't explain where it can and can be parked. 3. Keeps throwing an error saying you parked in an incorrect zone but doesn't explain why and keeps counting time meaning you'll spend more. 4. Your only way of support is through a messenger chat (yes, they're relying on a THIRD PARTY SERVICE as their ONLY main of customer support) which isn't even active 24/7. This is laughably the worst scooter app I've ever used

The ride it self is pretty nice but the experience not so much. I tried to end my ride and it took me 30 min. Customer servece is really bad . Wouldn't recomend this servece
