Keeps throwing an error saying you parked in an incorrect zone but doesn't explain why and keeps counting time meaning you'll spend more. 4. Your only way of support is through a messenger chat (yes, they're relying on a THIRD PARTY SERVICE as their ONLY main of customer support) which isn't even active 24/7. This is laughably the worst scooter app I've ever used

2021-09-22	4N*****	Couldn't rent any scooter with this app. It says, your journey didn't start yet, please try later. Or it says, you didn't paid for it, please try later. I tried to scan the barcode, but this app didn't worked, and also to enter the code, always shows error. We tried on two difc6 bank cards, it says there is not enough money, which is a lie. And look what they say, please do contact our office which is one hundred percent a scam probably.

2021-07-31	Ju*****	Started a ride, scooter turned off and bricked itself after a couple of minutes. Couldn't stop a ride through app because it said that a trip is not active. Had to freeze the card in order to not let them charge me extra.

2021-06-22	Gi*****	You have to leave scooter only at designated places. What a surprise when you find out at the end of your trip that you are in between of those two places. Very upseting experience

2020-09-26	Vi*****	3 times i have used this application and defenetly wont be using again. Scooter was keep stoping, when tried to park took me nearly 8 minutes because the gps from scooter was showing out of parking area. Very bad experience and wont recomend.

2020-08-10	Ar*****	Me and my friends downloaded this app, and we all got scammed. When I tried using their scooter I couldn't unlock it, but I still got charged 10eur and they refused to refund me. It took a very long conversation, even me citing their terms and conditions to them, and almost a month to get a refund. My friends got charged almost double for their rides. Terrible customer service!

2020-08-03	Ar*****	i cannot delete my card details. it is saying add new ones to delete old one. and the only way to ask for help is Facebook messenger. which for example person might not have. ride was alright though. please contact with me thanks.
