Negative stars- Showed me scooter had 90% battery so I walk to it sign-up and it goes a few meters and stops...thier "help" chat only no phone at 3a.m told me it's low battery voltage, the scooter being overloaded, or some error in the scooter's system....Of course these are being driven by ppl who dont care just ditch it on the side of the road, who's doing maintenence on it? It's literally getting weathered down also especially in Canada with winter approaching...g

I was unable to start the scooter but they still charged me 4 dollars for it. Chatbot was unable to help and sending an email to customer service also did not help. You will definitely lose money. Dont even try it.
