Sarenica turns your everyday phone signals — screen time, app use, focus, steps — into honest, personal insights about how your habits affect your sleep, focus, and energy. Every insight is computed from YOUR own data and shown with the real numbers behind it.

NO EXTRA HARDWARE NEEDED
Sarenica works on your phone alone. You do NOT need a smartwatch, wearable, chest strap, or any external device or accessory to use it. If you want to, you can optionally connect a wearable (for sleep or heart-rate data) — but this is an entirely optional add-on, and the app's core insights work fully without it.
