Sakkar Timelines

Sakkar Timelines is a pocket run-of-show planner for event producers, stage managers, brand-activation crews and small studios who build the day cue by cue.

The Rundown tab is a vertical hour ribbon that collapses your whole event onto a single screen. Tap the plus button, give the cue a title, choose its department (Stage, AV, Lights, Talent, F and B), set a start time and a duration in minutes, and the cue lands as a colored block in its hour bracket. Stage runs in sage, AV in black, Lights in saffron, Talent in muted grey, F and B in cream — your eye learns the colors fast and the day reads at a glance.

The Calls tab walks the call time backwards from doors-open. Enter the event start, the load-in minutes the crew needs, the soundcheck minutes and the travel buffer; you get crew call, soundcheck start and doors as three live readouts. Change any input and all three update.

The Floor tab sanity-checks the venue. Type the floor area in square meters, pick the seating mode (theatre, cabaret, standing) and the stage depth; the app returns a safe capacity using common Ukrainian fire-code densities, an approximate useable depth after the stage, and an optional sightline angle from your rear-row distance.

The Export tab renders your saved rundown as plain text — one cue per line, formatted for the team chat. Copy it to clipboard and drop it in WhatsApp; everyone gets the same picture.
