Ruag SSOMA Files is RUAG's internal application for centrally, securely, and in real time managing all documentation related to the Safety, Occupational Health, and Environment (SSOMA) area. 🛡️📁

It is designed exclusively for authorized RUAG personnel with the role of SSOMA Administrator or Supervisor. 👷‍♂️✅
It is not a public-use application. 🔒

It allows the SSOMA team to upload, view, and share personnel documents without having to send them by email or messaging: 📲⚡

• 🩺 Occupational medical exams: results, fitness for work, and expiration dates.

• 🎓 Training: certificates, induction records, attendance logs, and talks.

• 🛡️ SCTR: proof of the Supplementary Work Risk Insurance.

Each folder accepts multiple file types: PDF, Word, Excel, JPG/PNG images, and other common formats. 📄🖼️📊

🔐 ACCESS CONTROL

• 👤 Administrator-assisted registration: New user registration is pending until approved by the Administrator through the application.

• 🧩 Clear roles: Administrator manages access and files; Supervisor views and uploads files to folders.

• 🪪 Supports ID or email login for integration with the existing staff database.

🛡️ SECURITY

• 🔐 End-to-end HTTPS encrypted communication.

• 🔑 Passwords are stored and encrypted using bcrypt by the authentication provider.

• 🧱 Row-level security permissions on the server side: Only approved Administrators and Supervisors can view files.

• ⏳ Signed and temporary download links: Files are not publicly exposed.

The app does not display ads, track location, access contacts, or share data with third parties for commercial purposes. 🚫📢📍

Access to files is only requested when the user voluntarily selects one to upload. 📁✅
