RUAG is the official corporate platform designed exclusively for RUAG employees and field team members. Our application's main objective is to streamline, digitize, and make the onboarding process and the communication of employment documents more transparent.

With a user-friendly interface, the app allows for direct connection between employees and the Human Resources (HR) and Occupational Health, Safety, and Environment (OHSE) departments.

What can you do in the RUAG app?

📁 Fill out your Employment Information Form: Forget the paperwork. Complete your personal information, family details, banking information, and emergency contacts directly from your cell phone quickly and securely.

📤 Upload Requirements and Files: Upload photos of your ID, certificates, background checks, and other required documents requested by the administration using your phone's camera or gallery.

🤝 HR Documentation:
Receive, view, and confirm receipt of important legal documents sent by Human Resources, such as the Internal Work Regulations (RIT), codes of ethics, and company policies.

👷 HSE Management:
Stay up-to-date with your safety. Access prevention manuals, Internal Safety Regulations (RISST), PPE delivery records, IPERC matrices, and training signatures directly from your phone.

🔒 Privacy and Security:
All information entered is strictly confidential and for corporate use, stored under high security standards, and managed only by authorized RUAG personnel.
