How It Works
Select the apps you want to manage.
Set a countdown and daily usage limit.
When you open a selected app, Pausee shows a short pause screen.
After the countdown, you decide whether to continue.
Once your daily limit is reached, the app is temporarily restricted until the next reset.

All app usage data is processed locally on your device.
Pausee does not read your messages, photos, passwords, or personal content.
We do not collect unnecessary personal information.
If Google AdMob is enabled, Google may collect advertising-related information according to its own Privacy Policy.
