FieldPulse

FieldPulse is the field sales app for companies whose teams work on the road. Representatives plan and record customer visits, managers see their team's day as it happens, and administrators set up the company's hierarchy, territories and visit rules. FieldPulse is used with an account provided by your employer.

FOR FIELD REPRESENTATIVES
• Start and end your working day with one tap
• See today's plan: assigned visits, follow-ups and targets
• Check in at a customer, record the pitch and remarks, add proof (photo or visitor confirmation) and check out
• Works offline: check-ins and check-outs are saved on the phone and sync when you are back online
• Submit expenses with receipts and track their approval
• Leads, follow-ups and your own customer list

FOR MANAGERS AND HEADS
• Team map: where each representative is during working hours, with their visits and route for the day
• Follow a representative live, call them, or review earlier days and visit history
• Assign visits and targets, approve expenses, and reassign work
• Daily and weekly reports for your part of the organisation, as PDF or on WhatsApp

FOR ADMINS
• Add people with their role, mobile number, territory and manager
• Drag-and-drop reporting hierarchy with any number of levels
• Visit forms and policies that suit your company

LOCATION AND PRIVACY
FieldPulse records a representative's location only during a work session that they start, after their consent. While Work is on, location is also recorded when the app is closed or the screen is locked, so that the day's route and visit check-ins are complete; a "FieldPulse work tracking" notification is shown the whole time. Pausing or ending work stops location collection. Nothing is recorded while Work is off.

Sign-in uses your registered mobile number and a one-time code sent by SMS. Your data stays within your company's workspace and is visible only to the people your company's roles allow.
