Sales Perch: Field Sales CRM

Sales Perch is the route planner and visit log for field sales teams. Reps see the day's stops in order, log each visit in a few taps, and know where every account stands. Managers see the visits and the sales numbers as they happen.

Your company sets up your account. Sign in with the email or Microsoft account it gave you.

Your day, stop by stop
• Today shows your route: every stop, its time and address, and how many you have left
• See the whole route on a map, numbered in visit order
• Open a stop to call, text, email, or get directions to the contact
• Customers to see this week: accounts buying less than usual, and big accounts you haven't visited lately

Log the visit
• Check in and check out at each stop
• Tap quick notes like "Talked to the buyer" or "Left samples", then add your own
• Dictate a note instead of typing it
• Attach photos from the camera or your library
• Mark a stop missed or reschedule it when plans change

Know every account
• Each customer's contacts, address, and recent contact history in one place
• This year's sales goal for the account, with month-by-month sales against it
• Add customers and prospects as you find them, and set a reminder to follow up
• Look back at past routes and the visits you logged on them

Location
Sales Perch shares your location with your company Monday to Friday, 7 AM to 7 PM, even after you close the app. That is how it records your visits and shows your manager the route. Drivers share it during an active delivery run. The app explains this before Android asks for permission, and a notification shows while sharing is on. Your location goes only to your company, never to advertisers or other third parties.
