Built with care, it leverages your device’s sensors to monitor your movements and notify you when it’s time to get up and move after prolonged sitting. Step Tracking: Uses your phone’s pedometer to count steps in real-time, with a live display on the Reminders screen.

Sitting Detection: Detects when you’ve been sitting for a predetermined period of time using accelerometer.

Smart Reminders: Set your preferred sitting time (in minutes) and step goals—get notified when you meet them after sitting.

Night Mode: Toggle between light and dark themes, synced to your preferences and saved per user.

Notifications: Receive local notifications to remind you of tasks or to move after sitting, with a test feature for instant feedback.

User-Friendly Interface: Navigate easily between Home, Reminders, Settings, and About screens, with intuitive controls like scroll wheels for settings.

Persistent Data: Your settings and activity states are saved using SharedPreferences.

Background Support: Works seamlessly with a background service to ensure reminders persist even when the app is closed (requires battery optimization permission).

How It Works:
Set your desired sitting duration (e.g., 30 minutes) and step goal (e.g., 10 steps). When you sit still, Rememberer™ starts a timer. Once the time is up and you start moving, it tracks your steps. Hit your step goal, and you’ll get a friendly reminder to grab what you need or complete a task. It’s that simple!
