I had high hopes as well, and it looks like i got further than some. Finished the questionnaire, then a 24-hour countdown timer started with a "your request is being processed" message above the timer. It counted down exactly 30 minutes, and it's been sitting at 23:30:00 for the past three days. If I force close the app at this point and go back in, I can catch a brief glympse of buttons before the frozen timer screen pops forward.
