Noggie - Reclaim Screen Time

Noggie: Doomscroll Blocker & Focus Companion
Do you open your phone for a second, only to lose an hour to TikTok, Instagram Reels, or YouTube Shorts?

Noggie is the modern digital wellbeing companion engineered to break the dopamine doomloop. Instead of relying on willpower alone, Noggie introduces intentional friction, real-time scroll tracking, and physical micro-habits to help you snap out of autopilot and reclaim your day.

Stop fighting the algorithm empty-handed. Take back your focus, time, and mental clarity.

⚡ KEY FEATURES
🎯 True Scroll-Based Limits (Not Just Timers)
Standard screen time timers fail because passive waiting feels harmless. Noggie actively monitors individual scrolls inside short-form video feeds, intervening at the exact moment autopilot kicks in—without disrupting your direct messages or normal app browsing.

🛡️ Instant Friction & Lockout Screen
The moment you hit your threshold, Noggie intervenes with a calm, focused lockout screen. This split-second cognitive pause interrupts dopamine-driven muscle memory and gives control back to your conscious mind.

🏋️ Real-World Unlock Challenges
Need a quick break or emergency access? Standard blockers let you tap "Ignore for 15 minutes". Noggie makes you earn it:

AI Push-up Counter: Prop up your phone; our on-device computer vision tracks your reps in real time.
Touch Grass: Snap a verified photo of nature to step outside and ground yourself.
Hydrate & Reset: Complete physical reset prompts that trade screen time for healthy habits.
📈 Habit Intelligence & Analytics
Get deep insights into your habit transformation. Track scrolls prevented, hours saved, and your longest streaks of intentional living with clean, actionable progress dashboards.

🔒 100% On-Device & Privacy-First
Your digital privacy is non-negotiable:

All scroll detection and computer vision run strictly locally on your device.
Noggie never records, transmits, or stores your private messages, camera feeds, photos, or personal browsing data.
Zero data brokering. Zero advertising trackers.
💡 Why Noggie Works When Other Blockers Fail
Most blockers are passive—you simply type a passcode or hit dismiss. Noggie uses behavioral economics and physical embodiment (AI movement tracking, nature resets, and scroll velocity) to jolt your nervous system out of passive consumption.
